Through Hyggs Group - including Hyggs Lifestyle and Hyggs Aviation - he has managed high-touch client requirements across global destinations, working closely with ultra-luxury hotels. This provided direct visibility into how concierge services operate behind the scenes.
A consistent gap emerged between the level of service expected and the systems used to deliver it.
After working in fintech product management in New York and later transitioning into hospitality, he applied this combined insight to develop Hyggs.io - a platform designed to bring structure and control to concierge operations at scale.
