What We Found

Hyggs.io was built directly from real concierge demand.

Through Hyggs Lifestyle, founded in 2015, we’ve supported thousands of clients globally across highly specific, high-pressure requests. Working at that level, we experienced first-hand the gap concierge teams face behind the scenes - because we were dealing with it ourselves.

What We Did

We spent years testing and researching existing SaaS platforms, but none were built for how concierge actually operates in practice.

So we built our own.

Working with a global team of developers across the US and India, Hyggs.io was developed from the ground up - from internal operations through to the client-facing experience - designed to manage every detail of any request, at any time.

The Result

With significant investment behind it, the platform now supports hotels and concierge teams looking for a more structured, controlled way to operate.
